Their experience speaks volumes: In April, 2006, Lorie Zemlo, The Zemlo Team captain, was recognized by Mortgage Originator Magazine as one of the top 200 loan originators in the U.S. Before launching her banking career in 1992, Lorie taught elementary school, managed a travel agency and worked for a major airline. Lorie’s professional background enables her to relate to a diverse customer base with a variety of different needs and goals. John has more than eight years of experience in the mortgage business. His knowledge and skill allows him to find the perfect lending product for each customer’s unique needs. As a real estate investor himself, John is also tightly tuned in to the trends of the ever-changing Florida market. Brandon served five years in the U.S. Navy flying as a crew member on P-3s. He joined the Zemlo Team over a year ago after his honorable discharge. John, Lorie, and Brandon actively support children’s literacy through First Book, a national non-profit organization that distributes books to children from low-income families.
